一，Operating procedures

no abnormality, the plastic cover paper can be put on the electric wood mold to start the test package, open the heating
switch, connect the heating time, from the small to the large adjustment current conversion system, and choose the
appropriate heating current position and heating according to the actual mold size. The inter system and cooling time
system were adjusted to satisfactory.

4，The operator puts the plastic piece, the package, and the cardboard into the electric wood mould in order, and turns
the mould counter in the direction of the clockwise. The machine can automatically complete the sealing
work of the package in accordance with the good condition of the debugging.

5，After the work is finished, the system and the gas source will be closed.

二，Safety precautions

1，In machine operation, hands should not be placed under the press board.

2,When the bakelite dies are electrified, the surface must be covered with a thick layer of cardboard, so as to avoid
the electric wood heating plate burning the machine press plate elastic glue.

3,Operators must accept pre job training, and they can hold post cards after training.

三，Maintenance and cleaning matters
