Plastic suction molding technology, namely plastic sheet (sheet) thermoforming technology, is one of
the plastics two processing industrial technology. It is different from the injection molding, extrusion
and other processing technology, not for plastic resin or particle heating molding or the same cross section
of the same section of the same section; it is not a machine tool, tool and other mechanical processing means
to cut a part of the plastic material to obtain the required shape, size, but for plastic. The sheet (plate) material
is heated to make use of the mold, vacuum or pressure to deform the sheet (plate), to reach the required shape and size,
with the supporting procedure, to realize the application purpose.
The blister forming equipment includes clamping system, heating system, vacuum and compressed air system and forming mould.
